Regional Finance and Economic Committee.

 

The work of the Regional Finance and Economics Committee is coordinated by the Regional Organisation’s Treasurer.

The Commission’s main tasks include:

  1. Taking measures to ensure the proper flow of cash – updating the document circulation procedures.
  2. Overseeing the proper flow of funds between the District and the PZW Clubs.
  3. Overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the District and the PZW Branches.
  4. Supervising the timely submission of financial documentation by PZW Branches.
  5. Taking steps to raise funds for statutory activities.
  6. Supervising the proper management of the PZW District’s assets.
  7. Preparing guidelines for the draft budgets of PZW branches.
  8. Analysing the accuracy and timeliness of the preparation of the budget estimates for the PZW branches and the District.
