Information obligation in connection with the processing of personal data

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the District Board of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), with its registered office in Słupsk, Al 3-go Maja 65A. The administrator can be contacted in writing by traditional mail at the following address: 76-200 Słupsk, Al. 3-go Maja 65A, or by email at: kontakt@pzw.slupsk.pl.
  2. Personal data are processed pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  3. The processing of personal data is carried out for the following purposes:
    a) in connection with the conclusion and performance of a contract for services provided by the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association in Słupsk on your behalf, in particular the online sale of membership fees and angling permits by the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association in Słupsk, which operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland;
    b) to verify your eligibility to use the purchased services;
    c) to compile statistics for the Polish Angling Association in Słupsk.
  4. In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, the recipients of your personal data may include: the Regional Board of the Polish Fishisng Association in Słupsk, entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes arising from generally applicable legal provisions, as well as other recipients involved in the performance of the contract concluded with you, and where such an obligation arises from legal regulations.
  5. The administrator does not intend to tranfer data to a third country or an international organization.
  6. The data subject has the right to:
    a) request access to their personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
    b) object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to data portability;
    c) withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
    d) lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  7. Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement and a necessary condition for concluding a contract with the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association in Słupsk. Failure to provide your personal data will make it impossible for you to use the services of the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association in Słupsk, in particular the online purchase of membership fees or angling permits.
