Organisational decisions for the 14th term of office of the district authorities
In accordance with the Act on Associations and the provisions of the PZW Statutes, the regional authorities have seven days following the Regional Delegates’ Congress to be constituted. This was also the main purpose of convening the first meeting of the newly elected PZW Słupsk District Executive Committee following the District Delegates’ Congress on Saturday 28 February 2026
in Słupsk. The meeting, chaired by the District Organisation’s President, Mr Teodor Rudnik, was attended by Michał Klonowski, Chair of the District Audit Committee, and Jerzy Nurzyński, Chair of the District Disciplinary Tribunal.
To begin with, Mr T. Rudnik established the methods of internal communication for the current District Board, both by telephone and via the district’s social media channels,
and then outlined the main provisions of the OZD’s programme resolution,
The first resolution of the Regional Executive Committee for the new term was to stipulate that the Regional Executive Committee’s authorities and bodies would not receive any allowances; the next resolution established that the mileage allowance would remain, as before, at 1 zł per kilometre.
After getting to know all the new members of the Regional Executive Committee, the process of appointing roles within the 10-member Executive Board began. Following a discussion and a vote, the following distribution of roles was established:
– Vice-President for Organisational Affairs – Marcin Grzegorczyk,
– Vice-President for Stocking – Karol Dziemiańczyk,
– Vice-President for Water Protection – Krzysztof Dwulit,
– Vice-President for Water Management – Piotr Kluk,
– Vice-President for Sport – Józef Janowski,
– Treasurer – Adam Kuczyński,
– Secretary – Mieczysław Siwiec,
– Disciplinary Officer of the Regional Organisation – Daniel Kowalski,
– Regional Organisation Member – Mateusz Gregorczyk,
– Regional Committee Member – Zbigniew Krupka.
The Regional Executive Committee then appointed Mr Szymon Karczewski to establish and lead the Youth Council, and Mr Stanisław Szymański to organise and lead the Regional Sports Committee.
Following a discussion on the growing role of the district councils during the 2026–2029 term of office, a resolution was passed to repeal the resolution concerning the functioning of the district councils
of 28 July 2017, to appoint new district councils and to adopt new rules of procedure for them. The following members were appointed to coordinate the work of the new district councils: Karol Dziemiańczyk – Człuchów district, Piotr Kluk – Bytów district, Daniel Kowalski – Lębork district, Adam Kuczyński – Słupsk county district, and Marcin Gregorczyk – Słupsk City district.
The composition of the District Executive Board’s standing committees was the subject of discussion and a vote. It was unanimously agreed that these committees should consist of at least three members. Members of the District Board expressed their willingness to serve on the Stocking Committee (chaired by Karol Dziemiańczyk), the Organising Committee (chaired by Marcin Grzegorczyk) and the Badges Committee (chaired by M. Grzegorczyk). The full membership lists of the committees will be available on the District’s website.
Following the conclusion of this part of the meeting, at the request of the Regional Organisation’s chairman, Mr T. Rudnik, Mr Tomasz Borowiecki (photography and online services) and Mr Antoni Kustusz (media services) were appointed as the Regional Organisation’s press officers.
