The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), 14 February 2026
End of the term of office, last year’s sporting results, the state of the Rabka fisheries, and thanks for work carried out for the District.
The Saturday meeting of the Management Board of the PZW Słupsk District, which took place on 14 February 2026 – a week before the 14th District Delegates’ Conference convened for 21 the 14th District Delegates’ Congress at the district headquarters, was the final meeting of the authorities and bodies of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW). The meeting was chaired by Mr Teodor Rudnik, President of the District Organisation.
Following the approval of the agenda—which was dominated by miscellaneous matters requiring consideration at the end of the term of office, as well as a report summarising sporting activities in 2025, which had been delayed due to the illness of the rapporteur, Mr Stanisław Szymański, in December— the minutes of the previous Regional Organisation meeting were approved without comment.
Mr Stanisław Szymański presented and commented on last year’s angling results in the district, which were included in the report on the activities of the PZW Regional Organisation for the 14th Regional Delegates’ Congress. Subsequently, under ‘Any Other Business’, a motion to enter into an agreement with the Piotrków Trybunalski district was approved, it was decided to subsidise a trip for youth training instructors to attend a casting angling course in Kielce, and two applications were approved for the award of the Exemplary Young Angler Badge to Krzysztof Skrok and Piotr Bujak. Changes to the composition of the fishing licence examination boards at the following clubs were approved: Troć in Włynkówko, Karaś in Postomino and the Lębork Municipal Club.
Members of the PZW Regional Organisation received the annual budget statement for the region from Renata Sobka, acting chief accountant, which led to a discussion on the state of the region’s operational and organisational activities. Thanks to the good financial results achieved, the district was able, on the one hand, to reduce membership fees and fishing charges, and, on the other hand, to maintain the condition of the waters open for fishing.
Once the agenda of the PZW District Organisation had been exhausted, a joint meeting of the full membership of the District Organisation, the Regional Organisation and the Local Organisation began, dedicated to preparations for the 14th PZW Regional Delegates’ Congress in Słupsk. Mr Teodor Rudnik discussed the proceedings of the district councils’ meetings and the motions tabled there, presented the content of the reporting documents, noted the comments that still needed to be included in the report, and also highlighted key areas of action that could be included in the draft programme resolution.
At the end of the meeting, the Regional Organisation’s chairman presented personalised letters of thanks to the members of the District’s governing bodies and authorities, expressing his appreciation for their cooperation, collegial attitude, conscientious and diligent work, and commitment to the development of the District and the entire Association.
