Announcement regarding the friendly feeder fishing competition.
“Summer Cup”
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), together with the PZW ‘Słupia’ branch and the Słupsk City branch, hereby announce that on 20 July 2025 they are organising a friendly feeder fishing competition called the “Summer Cup” at “Staw Łabędzi” in Słupsk. The competition will be held in an individual classification using the “classic feeder or method feeder (choose one)” format
Members of the PZW branches in the Słupsk District are eligible to take part. The number of competitors is limited to 30. Places in the competition will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Competitors must register by calling 59 843 63 41 by 17 July 2025.
The entry fee of 100 zł per competitor must be paid by 17 July 2025 (Thursday) to the BNP PARIBAS bank account number 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001. Cash payments are not accepted, either at the cash desk of the PZW Regional Office in Słupsk or at the competition venue. If a PZW Branch is paying the entry fee on behalf of its competitors, the transfer must be made from the Branch’s bank account or the PZW Branch must be specified as the payer in the transfer instructions. The entry fee covers the trophies for the winners, a meal for the competitors, the judges’ fees and other organisational costs.
The ‘Staw Łabędzi’ fishing ground in Słupsk. Water depth up to 2.5 m.
Competition rules – the competition will be held in an individual classification in accordance with the fishing ground regulations, using the ‘classic feeder or method feeder (to be chosen)’ format, and the ‘Regulations for Amateur Fishing’. The minimum length of the keepnet for holding caught fish is 3.5 m. This is a single-round, two-sector competition. Fishing with a single rod is permitted.
The competition counts towards the Grand Prix classification in the feeder 2025 category.
Competitors are to assemble on 20 July 2025 at 6.00 am next to the fountain at ‘Swan Pond’ in Słupsk.

06.00 – 06.15 roll call and opening of the competition
06.15–06.30 Draw for fishing positions
06.30 – 08.30 Proceed to fishing spots; prepare for fishing
08.20 – 08.30 baiting
08.30 – 14.30 fishing
14.30 – 15.00 weighing of fish at the fishing spots
15.00 – 15.30 lunch and deliberations by the judging panel
- 16.00 Announcement of results and prize-giving.
