ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PZW SŁUPSK DISTRICT FLOAT FISHING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN THE SENIOR CATEGORY
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) is pleased to announce that on 28 June 2025 and 29 June 2025 at ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk, two rounds of the District Float Fishing Championships in the senior category will take place.
- The following are eligible to compete: last year’s District champion, the champions of the – members of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW). Other competitors (members of the Słupsk District of the PZW) will be eligible to enter by registering during the second registration period, subject to a limited number of places.
- The registration deadline for Club champions and last year’s District champion is 17 June 2025; other competitors must register between 18 and 23 June 2025. Due to the limited number of fishing spots at Łabędzi Pond (30), a competitor’s participation will be determined by the order in which entries are received. No entries will be accepted after 23 June 2025. Entries from all competitors should be made by telephone on: (59) 843 63 41.
- The entry fee of 200 zł per competitor must be paid by 23 June 2025 to the BNP PARIBAS bank account 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001 upon receipt of confirmation that the competitor has been included on the start list. Cash payments are not accepted, either at the PZW Regional Office in Słupsk or at the competition venue. Where a PZW Branch is paying the entry fee on behalf of its competitors, the transfer must be made from the Branch’s bank account or the PZW Branch must be specified as the payer in the transfer instructions. The entry fee covers: vouchers, trophies, medals and certificates; meals for competitors after each round of the competition; coffee, tea and soft drinks; judges’ fees; and other organisational costs.
- Fishing venue – Łabędzi Pond in Słupsk
- Competition rules – the competition will be held using live bait, in accordance with
the ‘Regulations for Amateur Fishing’ and partly in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the PZW’(at Swan Pond, there is a restriction on groundbait to six litres of prepared groundbait per 4-hour competition round) - Meeting point – near the fountain at Łabędzi Pond in Słupsk.
