ANNOUNCEMENT
TEAM SPINNING CHAMPIONSHIPS OF THE PZW SŁUPSK DISTRICT
The competition will take place on 7–8 June 2025 on Lake Rychnowskie and Lake Miejskie, in two rounds. Minimum size limits apply in accordance with Part 5 of the Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport. The competition will be contested using live bait and judged via the https://www.xtramarlin.pl/ app . Please download the app onto your mobile phone; teams will receive their login and password prior to the competition. Competitors must have nets for storing fish, or live-wells for live fish – essential for the short-term storage of fish until the measurement is confirmed in the app. Teams are responsible for securing their own vessels. Boats and rigid-hulled inflatable boats must be at least 3.60 m long and must be equipped with life-saving equipment and the necessary accessories, in accordance with inland waterway regulations. A technical committee appointed by the chief judge decides on the eligibility of vessels.
Eligibility to compete: Two-person teams representing the PZW Słupsk District’s local branches, as well as freely selected competitors from the District, are eligible to take part in the competition. Team registrations are accepted by telephone on 59 843 63 41 at the PZW Słupsk District Office until 28 May 2025. A minimum of 10 teams must be entered in the District Championships for the competition to go ahead.
The entry fee of 180.00 PLN per team must be paid by 28 May2025 to the BNP PARIBAS bank account 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001, with the payment reference: TEAM, and please provide the first names and surnames of the competitors.
PLEASE NOTE: Cash payments are not accepted, either at the PZW Regional Office in Słupsk or at the competition venue. If a PZW Branch is paying the entry fee on behalf of its competitors, the transfer must be made from the Branch’s bank account or the PZW Branch must be specified as the payer in the transfer instructions.
Teams that have registered and paid the entry fee but, for whatever reason, are unable to take part in the competition will not have their entry fee refunded by the organiser. The entry fee covers: trophies, medals and certificates for the winners, meals and drinks for competitors, judges’ fees and other organisational costs. The entry fee is paid by the Clubs or by individual competitors. Competitors taking part in the District Championships are required to carry their fishing licences and PZW membership cards with up-to-date membership fees. Photographs will be taken during the competition. By taking part in the competition, participants consent to the processing of their image by the PZW District in Słupsk, which includes the publication of photographs and reports on the course of the competition for promotional purposes on the website of the PZW District in Słupsk and on social media https://www.facebook.com/. The organiser accepts no liability for any material damage or theft.
