Announcement regarding the social competition
“Feeder Fishing End-of-Season Event”
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), together with the “Słupia” PZW Branch and the Słupsk City PZW Branch, announces that on 29 September 2024 it is organising a friendly competition entitled “Feeder End-of-Season” at “Staw Łabędzi” in Słupsk. The competition will be contested in the individual category using the ‘method feeder’ format
Membership of the PZW branches within the Słupsk District is required to enter. The number of competitors is limited to 30. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Competitors must register by calling 59 843 63 41 by 25 September 2024.
The entry fee of 100 zł per competitor must be paid by 25 September 2024 (Wednesday) to the BNP PARIBAS bank account 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001. The entry fee covers: prizes for the winners, a meal for competitors, judges’ fees and other organisational costs.
Fishing ground: ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk. Water depth up to 2.5 m.
Competition rules – the competition will be held in an individual classification in accordance with the fishing ground’s regulations using the ‘method feeder’ technique and the ‘Amateur Fishing Regulations’. The minimum length of the keepnet for holding caught fish is 3.5 m. This is a single-round, two-sector competition
Competitors are to assemble on 29 September 2024 at 7.00 am next to the fountain at ‘Swan Pond’ in Słupsk.

06.30 – 06.40 competitor registration
06.40 – 07.00 draw
07.00 – 08.30 preparation for fishing
08.20 – 08.30 baiting
08.30 – 14.30 fishing
14.30 – 15.00 weighing of fish at the stations
14.45 – 15.15 lunch and judging panel deliberations
approx. 15.15 announcement of results and prize-giving.
