ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE REGIONAL FLOAT FISHING CHAMPIONSHIPS
IN THE WOMEN’S, CADET (U15) AND JUNIOR (U20) CATEGORIES.
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) announces that on 23 June 2024, the Słupsk District Float Fishing Championships will take place in the following categories: women, U20 juniors and U15 cadets. The competition will take place at ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk. The current Club Champions in each category are eligible to compete in the Regional Championships.
PLEASE NOTE! For the competition to go ahead, at least 15 competitors must be registered (at least 5 from each category). If fewer than this number register, the competition will be cancelled. Due to the limited number of fishing spots (30) at “Staw Łabędzi”, entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis!
Competitions in these categories will be held simultaneously, in accordance with
the ‘Regulations for Amateur Fishing’ and, in part, in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the Polish Angling Association (PZW)’(at the Swan Pond, there is a limit on groundbait of three litres of prepared groundbait per 4-hour competition session)
Competitors must register by 17 June 2024 by calling +48 59/84-36-341. The entry fee of 100 zł per competitor must be paid into the BNP PARIBAS bank account (89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001) by 17 June 2024. PLEASE NOTE: Cash payments are not accepted, either at the PZW Regional Office in Słupsk or at the competition venue. If a PZW Branch is paying the entry fee on behalf of its competitors, the transfer must be made from the Branch’s bank account or the PZW Branch must be specified as the payer in the transfer instructions.

06.15 – 06.30 – draw for fishing positions
06.30 – 06.45 – opening of the competition
06.45 – 08.00 – preparation for the competition
07.50 – 08.00 – baiting
08.00 – 11.00 – First round of the competition
11.00 – 12.00 – judging panel’s deliberations
12.00 – 13.15 – preparation for fishing
13.05 – 13.15 – baiting
13.15 – 16.15 – Round 2 of the competition
16.15 – 17.00 – judging panel’s work
- 17.00 – end of the competition
