PZW SŁUPSK DISTRICT FLOAT FISHING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN THE 55+ VETERANS CATEGORY
We would like to inform you that the District Float Fishing Championships in the 55+ veterans’ category, scheduled for 16 June 2024 at ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk, have been cancelled due to a low number of participants.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE PZW SŁUPSK DISTRICT FLOAT FISHING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN THE 55+ VETERANS CATEGORY
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) hereby announces that on 16 June 2024 at ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk, the District Float Fishing Championships in the 55+ veterans’ category will take place.
- The following are eligible to compete: last year’s District champion, the Club champions in this category – members of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW). Other competitors (members of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association) will be eligible to enter during the second registration period, subject to a limited number of places.
- The registration deadline for club champions and last year’s District champion is 7 June 2024; other competitors must register between 10 and 12 June 2024. Due to the limited number of places (up to 30) at Łabędzi Pond, a competitor’s participation will be determined by the order in which entries are received. No entries will be accepted after 12 June 2024. Entries from all competitors should be made by calling: (59) 843 63 41.
- If there are too few entries (minimum 10 competitors), the competition will not take place and the entry fee will be refunded to the payer’s account.
- The entry fee of 100 zł per competitor must be paid by 12 June2024 to the BNP PARIBAS bank account 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001, following confirmation that the competitor has been included on the start list. The entry fee covers: vouchers, trophies, medals and certificates, a meal for competitors, coffee, tea, drinks, judges’ fees and other organisational costs.
- Fishing venue – Łabędzi Pond in Słupsk
- Competition rules – the competition will be held using live bait, in accordance with the ‘Regulations for Amateur Fishing’ and, in part, in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the Polish Angling Association (PZW)’ (at Swan Pond, there is a limit of three litres of prepared groundbait per 4-hour competition session)
- Meeting point – near the fountain at Łabędzi Pond in Słupsk.
