The PZW invites members of all clubs to a float fishing competition, which will take place at ‘Staw Łabędzi’ in Słupsk on Sunday 27 August 2023.
The organiser will provide: a challenge cup for the winning team, cups for the team winners, certificates, and a meal and drinks for all participants.
The competition will be held in a single round in a team format (one team per fishing spot). The ‘Staw Łabędzi’ fishing ground has a depth ranging from approx. 1 m to approx. 2 m. Fish eligible for points in the competition: bream, silver bream, tench, crucian carp, bleak, roach, rudd, ide, chub, carp, perch, pike, eel, zander.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Słupsk Regional Committee of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), a limit of 3 litres of groundbait per 4-hour session applies at “Staw Łabędzi”. As the fishing session will last longer than 4 hours, the groundbait limit is increased to 5 litres per competitor.
Entries for two-person teams can be made at the PZW Regional Organisation office or by telephone on /059/ 8436341. As the number of fishing spots is limited to 16, the first 16 teams to register will take part in the competition in the order in which they registered; the next 3 teams will be placed on the reserve list. Should a team wish to withdraw from the competition, they must notify the organiser no later than 3 days before the competition.
The entry fee of 120 zł per team must be paid into the ZO PZW account: BNP PARIBAS Bank, account number 89 1600 1462 1853 5624 4000 0001, byno later than 18 August 2023.
PLEASE NOTE: Cash payments are not accepted, either at the PZW Regional Organisation office in Słupsk or at the competition venue. If a PZW Branch is paying the entry fee on behalf of its competitors, the transfer must be made from the Branch’s bank account, or the PZW Branch must be specified as the payer in the transfer instructions.
