Tender for the sale of a second-hand Fogo FH 9000 TRA generator
The Słupsk Branch of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) has a powerful Fogo FH9000TRA generator for sale, featuring electric start, three-phase operation, AVR voltage stabilisation and a large fuel tank (45 litres), and is compatible with an ATS-SZR system (the system is not included with the unit being sold). Rated three-phase power 7.7 kVA, 400V socket, 230V socket, battery, overload protection, oil level sensor and connection for the SZR system, HONDA GX390 engine.
The generator was purchased for the Damnica Fish Stocking Centre in early 2020. Configured with the ATS, the generator formed an autonomous power generation unit which automatically switched on in the event of a mains power failure, ensuring the continuous operation of pumps and other equipment at the hatchery. During this period, it operated under load approximately 10–15 times. Additionally, during the autumn and winter months, it was started without load once a week to burn off fuel and charge the battery.
The generator is in very good condition. The engine is dry and starts from the ignition switch. The generator can be viewed at the Fish Stocking Centre in Damnica (Osiedle Rybackie Street) by prior telephone arrangement with the ichthyologist – 665 023 530.
The sale will take place via a tender process.
Rules of the tender:
- Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope.
- The envelope must bear the name and address of the “Tenderer” and the following wording:
“Purchase of a used Fogo FH 9000 TRA generator – do not open
before 10 July 2023 at 10.15 am”
- The tender must be drawn up in Polish, using legible and durable writing; the net price stated in the tender must be expressed both in figures and in words.
- Place and deadline for submission of the tender:
The tender must be submitted by 10 July 2023 at 10.00 am in a sealed envelope,
at the secretariat of the Management Board of the Polish Angling Association’s Regional Branch, 65/A 3 Maja Street, 76-200 Słupsk.
Any bid submitted after the deadline will be returned to the ‘Tenderer’ unopened. The ‘Tenderer’
may amend or withdraw their bid before the expiry of the deadline
set for its submission.
- Place and date of tender opening:
The opening of the submitted bids will take place on 10 July 2023, at 10.15 am at the headquarters of the Regional Board of the Polish Angling Association, 65/A 3 Maja Street, 76-200 Słupsk – meeting room.
- The Seller sets the minimum price at PLN 6,500 net (PLN 7,995 gross).
- The tender will be awarded to the ‘Tenderer’ who offers the highest net price in their tender.
- VAT at a rate of 23 per cent will be added to the net price proposed by the ‘Tenderer’.
- The generator will be handed over to the successful “Tenderer” upon payment of the VAT invoice.
