NOTICE
BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT¹)
of 17 March 2023
on the announcement of the areas and the period during which fish stocking is to take place
Pursuant to Article 98a(2) of the Act of 19 December 2014 on maritime fisheries (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 475), the following is hereby announced:
§ 1.
The following areas in which fish stocking is carried out pursuant to Article 98(1) of the Act of 19 December 2014 on maritime fisheries are hereby announced:
1) the waters of Mrzeżyno harbour and the area defined by a radius of 1,000 metres drawn from a point situated at the midpoint of the line connecting the banks of the Rega estuary;
2) the waters of the port of Kołobrzeg and the area defined by a radius of 1,000 metres drawn from a point situated at the midpoint of the line connecting the banks of the Parsęta estuary;
3) the waters of the port of Ustka and the area defined by a radius of 1,000 metres drawn from a point situated at the midpoint of the line connecting the banks of the Słupia estuary;
4) the waters of the port of Rowy and the area defined by a radius of 1,000 metres drawn from a point situated at the midpoint of the line joining the banks of the Łupawa estuary;
5) the waters of the port of Łeba and the area defined by a radius of 1,000 metres drawn from a point situated at the midpoint of the line connecting the banks of the Łeba estuary.
§ 2.

1) The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development heads the government administration department responsible for fisheries, pursuant to § 1(2)(4) of the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 27 October 2021 on the detailed scope of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development’s activities (Journal of Laws, item 1950).
