PZW Przechlewo
Last Sunday, 12 June, a children’s day fishing competition organised by our branch took place. The event was held on the River Brda, on the grounds of the OSIR sports centre in Przechlewo. The competition was divided into two age categories: under-10s and under-18s. The branch chairman welcomed all the competitors and supporters. The competition judges were Grzegorz Friede and Jarosław Wojtuszko, who explained the rules of the competition.
The competition lasted two hours, and there was a good catch. The main species caught were bleak, crucian carp and roach; there were also some chub, which were weighed on the spot and released back into the water.
After the competition, a delicious soup and grilled sausages awaited every participant and guest. All competitors received sweets, drinks, certificates and a prize for taking part; the top three in each category also received trophies.

1st place: Dawid Moga – 4,586 points
2nd place: Stanisław Kucharski, 2,810 points
3rd place: Aleksandra Tyborska, 2,320 points
Under-18s:
1st place: Mikołaj Tyborski, 2,740 points
2nd place: Wiktor Zientarski, 2,600 points
3rd place: Huber Zientarski 1,830 points
