Regional Float Fishing Championships for Seniors and Seniors 55+
As the District Float Fishing Championships will be held within the Słowiński National Park, competitors taking part in the Championships are requested to provide their fishing licence numbers so that the fishing fees for the Słowiński National Park can be paid. Fishing licence numbers can be provided by Thursday by calling 598436341 by 12.00. Competitors who do not provide their fishing licence number by this deadline will not be able to take part in the Championships.
Competition rules – the competition will be held using live bait, in accordance with the ‘Regulations for Amateur Fishing’ and, in part, in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the Polish Angling Association (PZW)’(the use of plant-based groundbait is prohibited) in both the individual and team classifications (teams of three). (The discrepancies relate to the inability to provide judges to conduct the unofficial practice session on Thursday and the official practice session on Friday preceding the competition, as well as the use of plant-based groundbait – which is not permitted in SPN waters). Various types of soil, clay, attractants and animal-based groundbait additives may be used for groundbaiting during the competition. Competitors wishing to practise in the days leading up to the competition are required to pay the fishing fee for the relevant day to the Słowiński National Park – the managing body of the section of the River Łeba where the competition will take place.
Competitors are required to leave their vehicles outside the boundaries of the Słowiński National Park.
Due to the backflow of seawater, competitors should be equipped with rubber boots (hip-high waders are acceptable).

13.00 – 13.30 Weighing of fish at the fishing stations
13.30 – 14.30 Lunch for competitors and judging panel proceedings
