OPTION TO PAY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES AND CHARGES ONLINE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PZW SŁUPSK REGIONAL BRANCH AND NON-MEMBERS OF THE PZW
In response to a call from the PZW Central Board in Warsaw, the PZW Słupsk Regional Board is introducing the option to purchase annual permits online (online permits).
On our website, members of the PZW Słupsk Regional Branch and anglers not affiliated with the PZW can pay their membership fees, as well as fees for conservation and management. The system does not allow you to purchase just the membership fee or a fee for a single lake.
Permits are available on the website https://pzw.slupsk.pl/ under the ‘online permits’ tab at the top of the page.
After selecting the ‘annual permits’ link, the following page will appear:
For annual permits, select the type of waters in which the angler will be fishing from the left-hand side:
– mountain waters – covers all waters (rivers, lakes, reservoir lakes, lowland rivers) and all permitted methods,
– lowland waters – covers lowland waters (lakes, reservoir lakes, lowland rivers) and all permitted methods.
Once you have selected, for example, mountain waters, you will be asked to choose between a permit for a member of the PZW or a non-member
For a permit for a non-member of the PZW, you must complete the mandatory fields, i.e. your fishing licence number and the start date of your fishing trip. The end date for fishing on the permit will always be 31 December 2020.
For permits for PZW members, you must select the type of membership fee:
- basic membership fee (no concessions)
- membership fee for holders of the gold badge with wreaths
- membership fee – participant member (persons under 16 years of age)
- reduced membership fee – school pupils and students aged 16–19
- reduced membership fee – school pupils and students aged 20–24
- Membership fee – reduced rate – holders of a PZW silver or gold badge
- Membership fee – reduced – men aged 65 and over, provided they have been members for more than 10 years
- Membership fee – reduced – men aged 65 and over, with no minimum membership period required
- Membership fee – reduced rate – women aged 60 and over, provided they have been members for more than 10 years
- membership fee – reduced rate – women aged 65 and over, with no minimum membership period required
and complete all other mandatory fields:
- name of the PZW branch (from the drop-down list)
- fishing licence number
- membership card number
- date you started fishing
The membership fee shown is the sum of the general union membership fee and the fee for the protection and management of waters.
Select ‘Add to basket’,
check the details you’ve entered carefully once more, and proceed to “Proceed to checkout”.
Fill in the details of the angler for whom the permit is to be issued. Payments are made via the Dotpay system (instant payments); you can select the bank where you hold your account. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, the website will redirect you to the bank’s website to complete the payment.
Follow the same procedure when selecting lowland waters.
The permit is sent to the email address provided once the payment has been credited to the bank account of the PZW District Board in Słupsk, therefore, when ordering a permit and paying by standard bank transfer, please allow 2 working days for the order to be processed.
If payment is made via Dotpay (instant payments), the permit is sent automatically to the email address provided. Please check your email inbox carefully, particularly the ‘SPAM’ folder, as emails sometimes end up there.
The permit must be printed out and signed in the designated space (‘angler’s signature’). The permit must not contain any alterations, deletions or corrections; therefore, please check the details entered in your order carefully, as it will not be possible to amend them. You must carry the permit with you whilst fishing. Along with the permit, anglers are required to carry:
- a fishing licence.
- a membership card
In waters managed by the Słupsk Regional Organisation of the Polish Angling Association (ZO PZW), the keeping of an Amateur Fishing Record is mandatory; this forms an integral part of the permit issued.
