TEMPORARY CHANGES TO THE DISTRICT OFFICE’S OPERATIONS
In view of the COVID-19 threat (coronavirus) and pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2020 on special measures relating to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and the crisis situations caused by them (Journal of Laws 2020, item 374), we are introducing changes to the Office’s operations.
First and foremost, please contact our staff by telephone or email. We will send all documents by post.

Access to the office will only be granted following prior telephone contact and a conversation with a member of staff, who will verify whether an in-person meeting at the office is necessary.
Cashier services at the PZW Regional Management Office in Słupsk are suspended.
Permanent staff at the PZW Regional Office in Słupsk will, where possible, be given the option to work remotely (either partially or fully).
We ask for your understanding and request that you comply with these changes in the interests of everyone’s safety.
These changes are in force from 16 March 2020 until further notice.
Recommendations for PZW clubs under the jurisdiction of the PZW Słupsk Regional Board.
- Suspension of fishing licence examinations – the authorities issuing fishing licences have introduced limited customer service, meaning it is not possible to obtain a fishing licence at present anyway.
- Cancellation of meetings with young people; restriction of meetings within PZW branches to the absolute minimum.
- Restriction or suspension of the sale of membership badges and fees. On the website https://pzw.slupsk.pl/#zezwolenia-online, it is possible to purchase temporary permits online. Should PZW branches decide to sell membership badges, please exercise caution by dealing with individuals on a one-to-one basis. All documents should be sent by post or email; payment for sales must be made exclusively by bank transfer to the relevant bank account.
- Restriction or suspension until further notice of angling competitions organised by PZW branches.
Decisions on the above matters are taken by the Management Boards of PZW branches; the PZW Regional Management Office in Słupsk must be informed of any decisions taken by telephone or email.
