The 2020 recreational angling licence states that fishing is permitted in the Łupawa River fishing district No. 3 (S-2), together with its tributaries, from 50 metres downstream of the outlet from Lake Jasień to the boundary with the Słowiński National Park, has been opened for angling. The individual sections are outlined below; these also include the tributaries within the respective sections of the river, in accordance with the main provision.
The Charstnica tributary flows into the Łupawa River in the section where a special fishing ground has been established under the supervision of the PZW ‘Trzy Rzeki’ Angling Club, which also covers this tributary. The regulations for the special fishing ground on this tributary prohibit angling.
