ANNOUNCEMENT: SEPTEMBER LIPIEŃ ŁUPAWY FLY-FISHING COMPETITION 2019
The Słupsk District Management Committee is organising a two-round fly-fishing competition on Saturday 7 September 2019, which counts towards the District Grand Prix and the ‘Trzy Rzeki’ Club Grand Prix. The competition will take place on the Łupawa River. Competitors are to assemble in the car park in Łupawa on the banks of the Łupawa River.
COMPETITION RULES
- The competition will be held using ‘live bait’.
- Flies must be tied on barbless hooks or hooks with the barbs removed.
- Each competitor must carry a landing net and a pen.
- A minimum size limit applies.
- There is no daily catch limit.
- Negative scoring applies.
- Fishing will take place in pairs – a competing angler and a judging angler.
- Further details will be explained at the briefing.
Competition area:
SECTOR A:
The Łupawa River from the road bridge in Podkomorzyce to 50 m upstream of the weir in Łupawa.
SECTOR B:
The Łupawa River from the Słupsk–Lębork road bridge in Poganice to 50 metres upstream of the weir in Łebień.
