The ‘Tubis’ Angling Sports Club, together with the PZW Surfcasting Sports Team, invites you to:
The 1st Krzysztof Małecki National Surfcasting Competition (shore and beach)
The competition will be held as an open event and is intended to honour the memory of our friend, colleague and former member of the PZW Surfcasting Sports Team, the late Krzysztof Małecki.
We are planning this friendly get-together, combined with a group fishing session, for 7 September 2019, with a possible alternative date of 21 September 2019 in the event of exceptionally adverse weather conditions.
The fishing competition will be held as an individual event in a single five-hour session, in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the PZW’, on the beaches at Rowy/Dębina.
Honorary patronage
The competition is under the honorary patronage of the late Krzysztof’s wife, Mrs Urszula Małecka, who has funded the prize for the longest fish caught.

Participation costs
The competition is organised on a full-cost basis, with participants covering the costs incurred by the organiser. The full entry fee is 70 zł gross per competitor and 40 zł gross per accompanying person. The fee is payable on the day of the competition.
Additional information
The competition base will be the Niezapominajka Holiday Resort, located at ul. Rybacka 2A, 76-270 Ustka.
The resort offers accommodation as well as the option of meals (lunch, breakfast) subject to prior booking and confirmation of the number of meals required.

The organisers will provide a hot meal after the competition, included in the entry fee, as well as trophies and prizes for the winners, souvenirs for all participants and a great atmosphere.
We ask all competitors to bring their own containers (minimum 15 litres); we plan to hold the competition using ‘live fish’.
Participation in the competition constitutes consent to the processing of personal data and to the use of your image in media materials produced by the organisers after the competition has ended.

| 1.30 pm – 2.00 pm | Opening of the competition at the “Niezapominajka” Holiday Resort |
| 14.00 – 14.10 | Technical briefing, draw for sectors and draw for shooting positions. |
| 14.10 – 14.30 | Lunch (for those who have booked meals). |
| 14.30 – 15.30 | Transfer to the sectors; competitors make their way to their shooting positions. |
| 15.30 – 16.00 | Competitors set up their stations. |
| 16.00 – 21.00 | Fishing (Competition round). |
| 21.00 – 22.00 | Return to the competition base. |

| 23.00 – 00.00 | Official announcement of the competition results, presentation of trophies and certificates, and the closing ceremony. The competition office closes. |

Fishing grounds
Depending on the number of participants and weather conditions, the organisers plan to hold the competition on the following beaches. The selected beach(es) will be announced to competitors at the opening of the competition.
- A section of the beach approximately 1 km east of the beach access point in Dębina.
- A section of beach approx. 1 km west of the beach access point at the Albatros holiday resort in Rowy.
