ANNOUNCEMENT
‘Poddąbie 2019’ Regional Individual Beach Volleyball Championships
- The competition will be held in a single round on 26 May 2019.
- Venue: the beach at PODDĄBIE – approx. 8 kilometres east of Ustka.
- Competitors are to assemble on the beach at Poddąbie at 2.30 pm.
- The competition will be held using ‘live bait’ in accordance with the Polish Angling Association’s (PZW) Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport. Consequently, competitors are required to bring at least one 15-litre bucket to hold their catch until the judge arrives.
- Fish caught during the competition: pollock/30cm, cod/35cm, plaice, silver bream, dab/25 cm, bream/40 cm, salmon/60 cm, perch/20 cm, roach/20 cm, rainbow trout/no minimum size, whitefish/40 cm, turbot, silver bream/30cm, sea trout/50cm, eel/50cm, garfish/no minimum size
- Registration is being handled by the PZW Regional Organisation office in Słupsk until 20 May 2019.
- The entry fee of 40 zł must be paid by 20 May 2019 at the PZW Regional Organisation office, or to the following account: BANK PEKAO I O SŁUPSK 26 1240 3770 1111 0000 4068 2901, with the reference ‘Regional Beach Championships’.
The organiser will provide medals, certificates and trophies for the winners, and a hot meal for all participants.
Please note! All competitors must have a valid PZW membership fee for the Słupsk district, a valid sea fishing licence and their identity card with them.
Competition schedule
14.30 – 15.00 competitor registration, opening of the competition and draw for fishing spots
15.00 – 16.00 move to fishing spots, preparation for fishing
16.00 – 21.00 competition round
21.00 – 22.00 return to the judges’ area, hot meal, tallying of results
22.00 announcement of results, prize-giving, closing of the competition.
