Regional Team Spinning Championships, 8–9 September 2018,
Lake Szpitalne, Lake Rychnowskie
I. ORGANISATIONAL AND SPORTING MATTERS
- The competition will be held in the senior category, over two 5-hour rounds, in a single sector from boats, in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling’ Part II.3 Spinning in the team classification (the team’s score comprises 15 fish selected by the team).
- Teams of two representing Angling Societies, Clubs or freely selected competitors from the District are eligible to take part in the competition.
- Competitors taking part in the competition must have paid their membership fee for 2018. The organiser and the Chief Judge of the competition have the right to check that competitors are in possession of the appropriate fishing documents.
- The competition will be held using live bait, and each team is required to have a net for temporarily storing the fish in good condition until the judge arrives.
- The organiser does not provide boats or engines, nor does it provide rescue equipment for boats (life jackets, anchors, fire extinguishers and first-aid kits). Competitors must use their own equipment; electric and petrol engines with a power output of up to 40 KM are permitted.

8 September, Lake Szpitalne; access via Kamienna Street, across the Chrząstawa River
9 September: Lake Rychnowskie – meet at the WOPR base
III. FINANCIAL TERMS
The full cost of participation in the competition is 160 zł per team.
The organiser will provide drinks for each competitor and a hot meal after each round of the competition. On 9 September, the second round of the Regional Championships will be held as part of the Jan Kuczyński Memorial, and the entry fee of 80 zł per team will be transferred to the PZW account in Człuchów, held by the organiser of the 9th National Boat Pairs Competition in Człuchów.

07.00–07.30 – launching and preparation of boats, registration of competitors;
07.30–08.00 – collection and inspection of boats and equipment; judges’ briefing;
08.00–13.00 – competition;
13.00–13.15 – time to hand in start cards;
13.15–14.00 – judging panel deliberations, announcement of results, group lunch.
9 September – meet at the WOPR base on Lake Rychnowskie
06.00–07.00 – launching and preparation of boats;
07.00–07.30 – registration of competitors, collection and inspection of boats and equipment;
07.30–08.00 – judges’ briefing, preparations for the start;
08.00–13.00 – competition;
13.00–13.15 – time to hand in start cards;
13.15–14.00 – judging panel deliberations, announcement of the Memorial results, presentation of trophies, certificates and prizes;
14.00–15.00 – group lunch
15.00 – announcement of the District Championships results, presentation of medals, trophies and certificates.
