FLY-FISHING COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT

AUTUMN LIPIEŃ SŁUPI 2017

The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) is organising
a two-round fly-fishing competition on Sunday 5 November 2017, which counts towards the Grand
District Grand Prix and the ‘Trzy Rzeki’ Club Grand Prix. The competition will take place on the River Słupia. Competitors are to meet
in the car park by the bridge in Gołębia Góra.

COMPETITION RULES      

1. The competition will be held using ‘live bait’,

2. Flies must be tied on barbless hooks or hooks with the barbs removed,

3. Each competitor must carry a landing net
and a pen,

4. All species not subject to a closed season will be counted towards the score,

5. There is no daily catch limit,

6. Negative scoring applies,

7. Fishing will take place in pairs – a competing angler + a
judge who is also fishing,

Competition area:

SECTOR A:

The River Słupia from the road bridge in
Soszyca to the road bridge by the Gołębia Góra car park.

SECTOR B:

The River Słupia from the road bridge
at the Gołębia Góra car park to the confluence of the Słupia and
Lake Głębokie.
