OF THE SŁUPSK DISTRICT
OF THE POLISH ANGLING ASSOCIATION (PZW)
The Management Board of the PZW District
in Słupsk announces that on 23–24 September 2017, on
Lake Rychnowskie in Człuchów, the Individual
District Spinning Championships, serving as qualifiers for the Polish Championships, will take place.
The winner of the competition will represent the District at the Polish
Championships. The competition is organised and run by the Słupsk District Sports Committee (OKS).
1. The following are eligible to compete in the Championships:
last year’s District Champion, Champions and
competitors from Angling Clubs and Associations – members of the Słupsk District
of the Polish Angling Association (PZW).
2. The competition
will be held using ‘live bait’ in an individual classification,
without division into age groups, in a single sector over two rounds of 7
hours each.
3. The competition will be
held in accordance with the current regulations set out in the ‘Rules for the
organisation of sport fishing within the PZW’.
4. Competitors
must enter the competition with their own boats equipped with
safety equipment. Please state in your entry who is the
boat owner. A competitor’s declaration that they are the boat owner
is tantamount to consenting to the allocation of a second
competitor, in accordance with the “Rules for the Organisation of Angling in the PZW”. Based on the competitors’ entries, the organiser will conduct a draw to allocate crews to the boats eight days before the competition, and the list of the drawn crews will be published as an announcement
on the website of the PZW Słupsk District. The organiser does not
provide boats. Each competitor must have a fishing net with
hoops and a landing net. Competitors are permitted to use
their own electric or
internal combustion engine to power their vessel. Vessels may travel at a maximum
speed of 35 km/h. The crew of each vessel must comply with the regulations
governing navigation on inland waters.
5. Entries,
stating full name, telephone number, name of the angling club or association,
and the name of the boat’s operator must be submitted by 11 September
2017 to the office of the PZW District Management Board in Słupsk, ul. 3-go Maja

6. For participation in the
district championship competition, the costs of their competitors’ participation are to be covered by the Clubs and Sections. (In cases where a Section or Club has already fielded its team and there are individuals wishing to compete on behalf of the Section
or the Club as additional competitors – they shall bear the costs of participation themselves)
or the Club as additional competitors – they shall bear the costs of
participation themselves)
The entry fee of
100.00 PLN per competitor must be paid by the
deadline of 11 September 2017 to the account of

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that a registered crew or competitor fails to attend the competition, the entry fee for the competition will not be refunded.
7. Accommodation
is to be arranged by competitors themselves.

8. Fish scoring points in the
competition:
Pike 50 cm –
750 points, plus 50 points for every additional cm
Perch 18 cm – 50
points, plus 20 points for each additional cm
The score includes
15 fish per round, selected by the competitor. The fish
selected for scoring must be marked on the entry form by the competitor and
confirmed with a signature.
