SLUPSK YOUTH OLYMPICS in angling

The Management Board of the
PZW District is organising, on 28 May 2017, a float fishing and cast fishing competition as part of the

SŁUPSK YOUTH OLYMPICS
in angling. A competitor’s result will be based on tests of their knowledge of the PZW’s Regulations on Amateur Fishing.

The fishing competition will be held using live bait at Łabędzi Pond in Słupsk. The casting competition

casting events will be held in the areas adjacent to the Police Academy, whilst the
tests will take place in the lecture theatre

We invite teams of three from primary and
lower secondary schools

from the area covered by the Słupsk Branch of the Polish Angling Association (ZO PZW)
to take part in the competition.

The competition will be held in categories for primary and lower secondary schools,
in both

individual and team classifications. Due to the limited number of fishing spots at the venue, participation in the competition will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
Competitors should bring their own keepnets to store
the fish they catch. There is a limit on the amount of groundbait
of up to 3 litres per competition round. Competitors and supervisors are to meet
at Łabędzi Pond, next to the fountain, on 28 May this year at 7.00 am
.

^PARTICIPANTS

^{The competition is open to young people
who are members of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) and form teams representing angling schools
run within schools, in two categories: primary schools
and lower secondary schools.}

^{SCORING – RESULTS}

^{1. Final scoring
at the various levels of the competition:}

^{2. In the event of a tie, the final position is determined by the number of points scored in:

^§4

^ORGANISER

^{1. The organiser of the
Olympiad is the Słupsk Regional Organisation of the Polish Angling Association (ZO PZW).}

^{2. The organisational costs of the event are covered by the Słupsk Regional Branch of the Polish Angling Association (ZO PZW).}

^{3. The travel costs for participants and their supervisor to attend the
competitions are covered by the sending organisation.}

^PRIZES

^{For the individual
and team winners, the Słupsk Regional Branch of the Polish Angling Association (ZO PZW) will provide trophies and
certificates, and a meal for all participants.}
