Polish GRAND PRIX in sea angling from a
drifting boat using artificial lures, for the Darłowo Mayor’s Cup
ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 1
The Management Board of the
Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), on behalf of the PZW Executive Board, is organising the competition for the Mayor of Darłowo Cup on 17–19 March 2017 (alternative dates
31 March–2 April 2017). The competition will be contested in an individual classification
in accordance with the rules governing the organisation of angling. The preparation and conduct of the competition are entrusted to the POMUCHEL Lębork Sea Angling Sports Club. The following are eligible to compete:
1. The current
Polish Individual Champion.
2. Competitors
ranked in the Polish Grand Prix and the Polish Championships for the previous year in places
1–50.
3. Other
competitors ranked in last year’s Polish Grand Prix, nominated by PZW districts or
clubs.
4. Other
competitors nominated by PZW districts or clubs.
Number of places: 84. Participation in the competition is determined by the order in which entries are received.
Competitors must have:
1. A current
medical examination certificate.
2. An identity document.
3. A sports licence.
4. A paid-up
PZW membership fee.
Participation costs: Entry fee of 470 PLN. The entry fee includes two boat trips,
for the judges, competition office services and other organisational costs. Payment, with the reference “GP Darłowo”, must be made by 28 February 2017 to the ZO PZW account in Słupsk: BANK PKO I O SŁUPSK 26 1240 3770 1111 0000 4068.

The organisers have booked the KORSARZ Holiday Centre in Darłowo for the competitors. The opening ceremony, technical briefing and sector draw will take place at the centre. The cost of accommodation at the Holiday Centre (85 zł per night) includes:
