Polish GRAND PRIX in sea angling from a
drifting boat using artificial lures
for the Mayor of Łeba Cup
The Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW), on behalf of the PZW Executive Board, is organising, on 3–
5 November 2016 (alternative dates 18–
19 November 2016) a competition as part of the Polish Grand Prix series for the Mayor of Łeba Cup.
Venue – the Baltic Sea near the town of Łeba.
The competition will be held in the individual classification in accordance with the PZW’s Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport. The competition
counts towards the overall Polish Grand Prix points tally for 2016.
The preparation and running of the competition
is entrusted to the “POMUCHEL LĘBORK Sea Angling Sports Club”
Trip
– Round 1: 4 November 2016

The following are eligible to compete in the Polish Grand Prix:
1. The current
individual Polish Champion
2. Competitors
ranked in the Polish Grand Prix and
the Polish Championships for the previous year in places 1–50
3. Other competitors
ranked in last year’s Polish Grand Prix, nominated by PZW districts or clubs
.
4. Other competitors
nominated by PZW districts or clubs.
Number of places: 74. Participation in the competition is determined by the order in which entries are received.
Competitors must have:
1. A valid medical certificate
2. Proof of identity
3. A sports licence
4. A paid-up PZW membership fee
Participation costs:
The
entry fee (470 zł) covers two boat trips, judges’ allowances,
competition office staff costs and other organisational expenses.

The organisers have booked the “DAMROKA” Holiday Centre in Łeba for the
competitors. The centre will host the
opening ceremony, technical briefing and sector draw.
Cost of accommodation at the Holiday Centre:
1. Accommodation 45.00 PLN
2. Breakfast 20.-zł
3. Lunch and
dinner 30 PLN
The organiser
is planning a social dinner on 4 November 2016 for all competitors and
guests.
