The competition will take place on the River Łupawa

SCHEDULE

Sunday 12 June 2016

06.00 – Competitors to assemble at the bridge
in Drzeżewo

6.30 – Opening of the competition

7.00 – Draw for pairs and sectors

7.30 – Competitors’ briefing

8.00 – 8.30 – Time to prepare and travel to the
competition stations

8.45 – 12.00 – First round of the competition

12.00 – 12.30 – Return to the assembly point

12.30 – 14.00 – Lunch break (bonfire)

14.00 – 14.30 – Travel to the competition stations

14.45 – 18.00 – Second round

18.30 – Return to the meeting point

19.15 – Announcement of results and closing ceremony

COMPETITION RULES

1. The competition will take place in two sectors

• Sector A – from the power station in Drzeżewo to the rock above the
  island

• Sector B – from the rock to the old weir in Zgojewo

2. The competition will be held using live bait

3. Flies must be tied on barbless hooks or hooks with the barbs removed

4. Negative scoring applies

5. The following species count towards the score: grayling, brown trout, and
rainbow trout

6. The minimum size limit is 30 cm

7. Fishing will take place in pairs – a competing angler + a
judge who is also an angler

8. After 1.5 hours of fishing, there is a 15-minute break, during which the role of the angler is swapped with that of the judge

9. Each competitor must have a
landing net and a pen with them

10. All details will be explained at the briefing

THE ENTRY FEE FOR THE COMPETITION IS – 20 zł
