It is with great sadness and regret that we received the news of the death of our dear colleague, a long-standing social activist with the Polish Angling Association (PZW), Chairman of the Board of the PZW Ciechanów District, a member of the PZW Central Board and Commander of the State Fisheries Guard in Ciechanów.
He passed away suddenly on 24 March 2016, aged 42.
