An important change to the
provision
‘2015 PERMIT
for recreational angling’
issued by the Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW)
The change concerns the provision in
the final reference S – 8 – the River Słupia
nos. 7 and 8, which previously read:
S – 8 – River Słupia nos. 7 and 8 – the old riverbed of the River Słupia from the earth dam (embankment) of the Krzynia reservoir and the River Słupia from the Krzynia hydroelectric power station
to the confluence of the old Słupia riverbed with the Słupia river, the so-called floodplain of
Mała Krzynia – all lures and methods permitted. A total ban on
fishing from 1 October to 31 December.
Following the amendment, the new text of the provision, based on Resolution No. 101 of the Management Board of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) dated 24 October 2015, which comes into force on the date of adoption, shall read as follows:
S – 8 – the River Słupia, sections 7 and 8 – the old riverbed of the River Słupia from the
earth dam (embankment) of the Krzynia reservoir and the River Słupia from the
to the mouth of the old Słupia riverbed where it joins the Słupia river, the so-called
Mała Krzynia floodplain – all lures and methods permitted. From 1 October to 31 December, angling using the spin and fly fishing methods is prohibited.
In summary, the amendment to this
provision permits, throughout the year,
float fishing on the old Słupia riverbed and on the section of the Słupia from the
Mała Krzynia floodplain to the point where the old riverbed joins the Słupia.
The same provision will
apply in the 2016 permit.
