Championships
of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW) in Spinning Fishing
ORGANISATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT
No. 1
The Management Board of the
PZW Słupsk District announces that on
26–27 September 2015, the District Spinning Championships will take place on
Lake Rychnowskie.
The organisation and running of the competition have been entrusted to the WKS
DORADO Człuchów Club.
I. Sporting
and organisational rules.
1. In the Championships,
last year’s District Champion and competitors from the local fishing clubs
and clubs that are members of the Słupsk District are eligible to take part.
2. The competition
will be held using ‘live bait’ in an individual classification
without division into age categories, in two sectors and two
rounds of 7 hours each.
3. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the current regulations set out
in the ‘Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport within the Polish Angling Association (PZW)’.

Competitors must enter the competition with their own boats,
equipped with safety equipment. In your entries, please
specify who is the boat owner. A competitor’s declaration that
they are the boat owner is tantamount to consenting to the
allocation of a second competitor. In accordance with
the “Rules for the Organisation of Angling Sport”, Part III.2,
point 5.3, the organiser shall, on the basis of competitors’ entries, carry out
a draw to allocate crews to vessels seven days before the competition,
and the list of the drawn crews will be published as an announcement
on the website of the Słupsk District of the Polish Angling Association (PZW). The organiser
does not provide boats. Each competitor must have a fishing net
with hoops and a landing net. Competitors
are entitled to use their own electric
electric or petrol engine to power their vessel. The maximum engine power is not
specified. Vessels may travel at a maximum
speed of 35 km/h. The crew of the vessel must comply with
the regulations governing navigation on inland waters.

Entries, stating the full name, telephone number, name of the club or
association, and the name of the boat’s operator, must be submitted by 26 August to

6. For participation in the district championship competition, the costs of their
competitors. The entry fee of 100.00 PLN must be paid by 26
August into the DORADO Club’s bank account, with the reference ‘2015 District Championships’. DORADO

7. The competition office will be located at the WOPR Centre in Człuchów.
8. Competitors are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and
meals. In the vicinity of the reservoir, there are several holiday resorts offering accommodation and meals, e.g.:
